How Subscriptions Work
When you choose Subscribe & Save on any Adams Bar product, you are enrolling in a recurring delivery program. Your selected products will be automatically shipped to you at the frequency you choose:
- Every 1 month — save 10%
- Every 2 weeks — save 15%
- Every 1 week — save 20%
Billing
Your payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment. The first charge occurs at the time of your initial order. Subsequent charges occur according to your selected delivery frequency. You will receive an email notification before each renewal charge.
No Commitment
There is no minimum commitment for Adams Bar subscriptions. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before your next scheduled shipment.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time using any of the following methods:
- Online: Log in to your account at adamsbar.com, navigate to your subscription management page, and click Cancel Subscription.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to contact@adamsbar.com with your order number and subject line Cancel Subscription. We will process your cancellation within 1 business day.
Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. If a charge has already been processed for an upcoming shipment, that shipment will still be delivered, and our standard Refund Policy applies.
How to Pause Your Subscription
If you would like to take a break without canceling, you can pause your subscription through your account dashboard. Paused subscriptions will not be billed or shipped until you choose to resume.
How to Modify Your Subscription
You can make the following changes to your subscription at any time through your account dashboard:
- Change delivery frequency (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
- Change product flavor or quantity
- Update your shipping address
- Update your payment method
- Skip an upcoming shipment
Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for the next shipment.
Pricing
Subscription pricing reflects the discount associated with your chosen delivery frequency. If product prices change, you will be notified by email at least 14 days before your next billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time if you do not agree with a price change.
Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we will attempt to process the payment again and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
Refunds for Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund & Return Policy, including our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
