30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right. This may include a full refund, partial refund, or replacement at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at contact@adamsbar.com with subject line: Return/Refund Request - [Your Order Number]. Please include your order number, the reason for your request, and any relevant photos. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Subscription Orders

For subscription orders, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee above. If you cancel a subscription, you will not be charged for future shipments, but charges already processed are subject to our standard refund policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or partially consumed products. However, you are still eligible for a refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee — simply contact us and let us know what happened.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are charged at the time of order. If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it ships, contact us for a full refund. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
